Terms and Services Agreement

  1. We have all rights to manipulate and/or edit your data that is received to our application.
  2. We display one Google AdSense advertisement on your site, you have a privilege to choose the styling for it, not a right. If we need to, we may change the styling of your ads if you are not coherent with out terms.
  3. You must obey all rules or we have the right to do whatever we wish with the data you have sent to our application. This means we can ban or delete your account and/or delete all of your pages and sites.
  4. You are not allow to touch other user's data that we store on our database, any signs that you have hacked into our sever will lead to legal punishment.
  5. You are not allowed to post or publish any illegal or adult rated content on any site within our server.
  6. You may not change the styling of our referrals or advertisements to hide them into your design. Doing so will result in a warning to change it, next time we notice this activity we will delete your site. If this happens to multiple sites, we will delete your account and all pages along with it. We may also ban you from using our service if needed.
  7. We are not responsible for any actions or ways you might use our services. If you are doing something illegal, we will notify the authorities and ban access for anyone to see your site. We will withhold the data, in case the legal system needs to see at anytime what you have published. We will also delete your account and ban you from using our service.
  8. You may not break any copyright laws we hold on our products or site.
  9. Using Ahobbler is a privilege and a benefit for both of us, it's not a right that you hold to use it. We are the strict owners of our application and have full authorization to do anything we need to do on our property.
  10. We hold the right to change this agreement at anytime without notification to you. In doing so, you at all times agree to our terms when ever you use, sign up or even visit our website.
  11. You may not create a site for the pure purpose of it redirecting it to another site when visited.
  12. Domain parking or having a completely inactive site is not allowed. If you create a site and never do anything to it, after a year we will delete the site so other have the chance to use that site's name.
  13. If you still display the default page after a year, but have uploaded other files, we will if possible try to display those files otherwise we will delete your site.
  14. If your account has been inactive for over five years and you have no sites created left, we will delete your account from our system.

HostMonster Terms

Due to HostMonster being our server space provider, you must follow some of their rules as well. We've listed the ones that will apply to Ahobbler users. Their terms can be located here.

  1. No offering or advertising to sell Weapons, Sexual products or Controlled substances.
  2. No profanity or profane subject matters.
  3. No publishing private or personal information of children or third party sites.
  4. No Proxies
  5. No Backup storage
  6. No messing with HostMonster in any way

Ahobbler just means less of a hassle!
